This website uses no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking tools. In the customer panel we keep only the information needed to provide the service. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Website (gorunurisletme.com)
- Page counter: To see how often pages are opened, we count only the page address, the page language and whether the page loaded. We do not add your IP address, browser details or anything else that could identify you.
- Cookies: The website uses no cookies. Your theme choice (light/dark) is stored only in your own browser.
- Contact form: Your entries are not stored on our website; they open as a prepared WhatsApp message that you send yourself. From then on, WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply.
- Hosting: The website runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical connection data under its own terms to keep the site secure and available.
Customer panel (panel.gorunurisletme.com)
The panel is for the businesses we serve and our partner agencies. In the panel we keep:
- Account details: name, e-mail, phone and business details. Passwords are never stored in readable form, only as a one-way hash.
- Cookies: When you sign in, a necessary session cookie keeps you signed in; it expires after 7 days or when you sign out. The staff screen also has a cookie that remembers whether the side menu is open. A cookie that remembers the panel language (Turkish/English) is kept for 1 year, and a security cookie used during Google sign-in for 10 minutes.
- Sign in with Google: If you sign in to the customer panel with Google, we receive only your name, e-mail address and Google account ID. We use them only to recognise you and to let in only the e-mail addresses we have authorised. We never see your Google password.
- Agreement approval: When you approve the subscription agreement in the panel, the approved text and PDF, the text fingerprint (SHA-256), the approver's name, e-mail address and Google account ID, the date and time, IP address and browser details are recorded as proof. This record cannot be changed; it is kept as evidence of the agreement and you can download the PDF from the panel.
- Requests and subscription: the change requests and notes you open and your subscription details.
Google Search Console data
We monitor our customers' websites through our own Google Search Console account. The panel connects to that account with read-only access and cannot change any Search Console setting.
- Data retrieved: your website's clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position in Google Search, the search queries and the pages that receive traffic.
- Each business sees only its own website's data. The partner agency linked to that business and our staff can also see it.
- The access key to the Google account is stored encrypted. The data is used only for reporting, for no other purpose, and is not passed to anyone.
- Our use of data received from Google complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Retention
Panel information is kept while our service relationship continues. To have your account and its data deleted, just write to us. Agreement approval records are commercial documents and are kept for the legally required period even after a deletion request.
