# AI visibility: helping ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot recognise your business correctly

AI assistants answer from clear, consistent information on the web. We shape your business details so they can find and read them, and measure the result.

Some people no longer type keywords into Google; they ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Copilot: "Which landscaping company should I choose for my home?" These assistants answer from what they can find online: websites, map listings, reviews, directories. Whether they recommend you depends on how clear and consistent the information about you is in those sources.

## What we do

- **We state the basics clearly, in text.** What you do, where, when you're open, how to reach you; as readable text, not baked into an image.
- **We answer questions directly.** We add your customers' real questions to your pages and give each answer's first sentence to the question itself. That is usually the part assistants quote.
- **We write concrete facts like price and time.** If there's no fixed price, a range and what changes it. Sites that never mention price never come up in price questions.
- **We add structured data.** Your business name, type, services and contact details in a form machines read directly, using only what the page actually says.
- **We don't neglect Bing.** ChatGPT's live searches and Copilot rely heavily on Bing's index. We add every site to Bing Webmaster Tools and notify Bing of new pages with IndexNow.
- **We don't block AI crawlers.** GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot and Bingbot can read your site.
- **Your details match everywhere.** If the site shows one phone number and the map another, an assistant can't tell which is right.

## How it's measured

Google doesn't show impressions and clicks from its AI answers separately in Search Console; it counts them within normal searches. So the Google report in your panel covers them but can't single them out. That is why a question list is also used: 10-15 questions a customer in your field would ask are put to the four assistants at regular intervals, and the result is recorded with the date. We track our own site this way.

## What we can't guarantee

That a particular assistant will recommend you for a particular question. Be careful with anyone who promises that, especially "we'll make you stand out with a bot". Our measurable promise is on the Google side: 6-month guarantee: if your Google visibility hasn't grown after 6 months, the next 6 months are free. Terms are on the [Pricing](/en/pricing) page.

## Which plan includes it

Business information organised for AI searches is on the Visibility ($50 / month) and Growth ($65 / month) plans. For the Google side, see our [SEO service](/en/service/seo).

## SSS

**Will ChatGPT recommend my business?**

That can't be guaranteed; no AI company fully explains which business it recommends and why. But assistants use clear, consistent and trustworthy information from the web, and by organising that information we can improve your chances.

**Do I need a separate site for AI?**

No. Google's AI answers draw on Google's normal ranking; ChatGPT's and Copilot's live answers draw largely on Bing and their own crawling. One well-organised site serves both.

**Can a bot make me stand out in AI answers?**

No. Asking an AI the same question thousands of times doesn't change the model; assistants don't learn from user chats on the spot. Such services waste money, and if they involve fake reviews or fake traffic they can also bring penalties.

**Does an llms.txt file make me stand out in AI?**

There is no proven effect. llms.txt is not an official standard and Google has said it doesn't use it. Our site has one and it does no harm, but we don't sell it as a ranking tool.

**How do I know whether I show up in AI answers?**

Set 10-15 questions your customers would ask and put them to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot at regular intervals, recording with the date whether your name appears and whether your site is cited. Answers vary by person and time, so the trend over months matters, not a single check. We track our own site this way.
